Over million people suffer from sleep disorders or poor sleep, most of us are acquainted with insomnia the most common sleep disorder. There are others that we will be discussing as well, beginning with insomnia, then sleep apnea, night terrors, and ending with narcolepsy. These disorders range from harmless and annoying to life threatening and life ruining. We will be discussing what to expect with these disorders, what the symptoms are, and how they are treated.
